1. Cancellations & Non‑Returnable Goods

  • Personalized Items: Any product made or modified to your specifications (e.g., custom‑printed or engraved) cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is confirmed.

  • Final Sale: Products clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout are also non‑returnable and non‑refundable

2. Returns of Generic Items

  • Eligibility: Only items not made to your specifications and received in a damaged or defective condition qualify for return.

  • Return Window: Defective goods must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items should include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

3. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item to confirm eligibility.

  • Timeline: We aim to process refunds within 3–4 business days of confirming the return.

  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Customer’s Responsibility

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of products to our facility. Unlike standard practice where a seller covers reverse logistics for defects, Pacific Labs requires customers to ship items back at their own cost.

  • Risk of Loss: Pack items securely; we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using trackable, insured shipping.

6. Gift Returns

  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received and inspected Amazon India.

  • If the gift giver retained the order, refunds will be issued to them.
